I had one two days ago and I freaked out and my original decision was to hardly eat the next day but then I remembered that any time I've done that in my past, it throws everything off. If I do that, I just start craving sugar and eat too much again or I don't eat enough and I hardly have any energy and I feel exhausted and can't work out correctly. What I did was just eat 1,300 calories even though I could've had about 700 more than that due to my work outs. I ate less, but still had the recommended 1,200. It was a good decision because the next day I was lighter. No harm done.0

I wouldn't cut back, as you suggest in your post. You might end up hungry and binging again. Life happens, just continue on tracking and exercising as you have been. In the grand scheme of things, one day isn't a deal breaker0

I usually let myself binge till im on the high end of my acceptable weight range. Then get serious.0
