Whether or not you actually buy meat from them (it is slightly more expensive than a grocery store), isn't the time spent talking to a butcher worth every penny because they can answer every question about selection, cooking preparation, and more?

Do they usually sell seafood, as well, or just red meat and pork?

While I've never checked for seafood, don't they also provide lamb and other meats besides just those you listed?

Don't you enjoy seafood? Does your area also have a local fishmonger?

Doesn't the fact my wife HATES seafood (including the smell) render my preference or lack of a moot point? And since we're a thousand miles from the ocean, what are the odds we've have a fishmonger? (Is a fishmonger similar to a butcher?)

Aren't they similar except for fishmongers mongering the fish instead of butchering them?

Do you live in a port city (or fishing village)?

While I've heard the term "fishmonger" before, how blown away am I to discover that "monger" is an actual word in the English language with its own separate meaning? Who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks words?

Cmsienk, didn't i tell you it's my dream to travel about 4 hours east to the ocean and find a little fishing village and maybe marry a guy that mongers fish for a living? 😄

Don't I dream of living an idylic life in a quaint little fishing village like the one that's the place setting for the BBC series Doc Martin?

When I read "BBC series Doc", didn't my brain automatically fill in "-tor Who?" 🤣

Did you used to watch Doctor Who reruns on tv as a kid, too? Aren't kids today too spoiled with so many choices for entertainment that they miss out on a lot of vintage classics?

Though I grew up a fan of sci-fi, can you believe I wasn't exposed to Doctor Who until my college days?

Charlton Heston, sure…Star Trek and Star Wars, of course…Air Wolf, Quantum Leap, Lost in Space, A.L.F. … wasn't growing up in the 80s the pinnacle of Sci-Fi serials?

Do we get to give names to virtual hurricanes, same as their IRL counterparts?

Shouldn't the first one start with the letter "A"?

How about when an online persona storms into a thread full of fire and brimstone and whips others into a frenzy of shouting and defending themselves?
