✔️Exercise of only 2 hours and 15 min. only per week. ( Reference: Harvard online)
✔️30 minutes only of strength training weekly. (Weights)
✔️Including the 10 to 15 min. Walk after a meal.
♥️>So i can do these for safety : 2 to 3 min. brisk walk every after meal. And once daily 10 min. shower/bath. Therefore, i have an extra 47 min. for other activities daily.
Seven minutes of strength training every other day. Total of 28 minutes weekly.
✔️Protein not to exceed 109 grams per day.
✔️Salt for hypertensive: 1,000 to 1,500/day.
✔️Salt for normotensive: 2,300 mg/day.
✔️Potassium: 4,700 mg/day from bananas.
✔️Calcium: 1,000 mg/day; above 51 years old: 1,200 mg/day. Not to exceed 2 and a half years.
✔️Magnesium: ♀️320 mg/day, ♂️ 420 mg/day
✔️CAFFEINE: 300 MG PER DAY OR 3 CUPS OF REGULAR COFFEE PER DAY only.
✔️Carbonated drinks causes heart attack.
✔️For alcohol drinkers,👉 male♂️ 2 cans per day only. For women♀️ 1 can per day only.
✔️Go to calculator.net to maintain or lose weight.
✔️Maintain 7 to 9 hours of sleep daily.
✔️Check myfitnesspal app.
