Hi there Congratulations for hitting your Goal weight.....That must feel like a great achievement ....I wouldn't try to force feed myself in all honesty I would introduce foods slowly over a period of several weeks and just monitor your foods and intake as you have been! If you start to put on weight or lose more then adjust accordingly well done and have fun with your food0

Congrats on reaching your goal! I also have this problem but mine is more mental I think. I've lost a couple more pounds than I planned to because I'm pretty scared about eating my way up to maintenance as I don't want to regain the weight. I think adding calories slowly over a few weeks, giving your body time to adjust to extra calories and monitoring what happens weight wise/how clothes fit is probably the best way to go. Where did you get the 800 number? Its best to go slow as this is probably just an estimate and you may find that you can eat more or less to maintain your weight. Good luck!0
