Calories in take

I lost 4 lbs this week and my calorie intake take went up a thousand calories. Is that normal for it to go up that high?

Nope, sounds like a glitch or perhaps you accidentally changed a setting? I would go through the goal setup again, making sure your personal stats, activity level etc are correct.

Yeah something doesn't add up. As you lose weight your calorie requirement generally goes down as well.
An extreme case being that maybe if you have gained more tha twice the muscle than the weight you have lost. Then maybe it would do that. But that doesn't usually happen.
