Hello new here

Hello everyone,
My name is Stephanie, I am 36 years old mom of 3 teenagers. I'm new to the fitness pal community and so far love how accurate the app is for logging food and workouts. I have generally been good at maintaining my weight until I turned 35 then I gained 40 plus pounds and on a mission to get back to my normal size. However, instead of just focusing on weight I'm focused on nutrition, strength, and health. I noticed only want to look and feel great in my clothes, I want to be strong, I want mental clarity, and I want stamina. I prefer to eat mostly plant based with some fish, chicken, and eggs. I have tried plant based vegan in the past and I looked and felt great then as well but I'm more focused on protein right now so that's why I'm not limiting meat/animal products at this time. I'm ambitious person who meets her goals when determined. I'm currently in the process of learning and researching to launch my own business in a few weeks.
