Why do I do good for 2 months then fall off wagon hard? Any suggestions to stay motivated?

    Honestly, it's hard to answer not knowing more about what you tried/did. Making a totally random guess, I'd guess that you went too hard and too restrictive. Like, you jumped in with only 1200 calories a day allowed, no plans to work treats in to forestall cravings, and tried to jumpstart physical activity with a too-aggressive exercise regime. Does some or all of that sound like you?
