Low Carb, Low Calorie, Low Sodium Chicken Tacos

Boy oh boy, these Tacos we’re outstanding! I never really thought that you could still manage losing weight and still eat good, but it is possible. Not hard to make, pretty quick and delicious.
- 3x Chicken Tenderloins
- Mission Zero Net Carbs Sun Dried Tomato Basil Tortillas
- Onions
- Cilantro
- Homemade Pineapple Habanero Salsa
Meal was roughly 700 Calories for 5 Tacos, Low Carb, and Low Sodium. Im stuffed and scarfed it down with some celery sticks and a nice cold Seltzer water. This hit the spot.

"Black Beans & Quinoa" makes a great base for salsa and guacamole, and only takes about 25 minutes to prepare. Watch the guac for calories, but you can control the salt by starting with low sodium beans (pinto or black beans also make great refried beans). Oh, and to help in blood sugar control you could use blue corn tortilla chips or blue corn taco shells.
