How do I change meal plans to metric?

Hi, I’ve been using MyFitnessPal for a long time but recently upgraded subscription and now using meal planner for the first time.
I’m in the UK so recipes with “cup” measurements have no meaning here. My shelves are full of big cups, little cups, and middle size cups?! How do I change the recipe preferences to metric?

    Don’t need responses now thanks. I found the cog in the planner that let me switch recipes to metric
