Hey all! I've been a member off & on for many yrs, but have never posted. Restarted my health & fitness journey again this March. Lost around 30 lbs so far & have improved my eating habits, but not doing as well as I believe I could. I have about 15 more lbs to go & think some community might help. Happy to be here!!
