A new mindset after my first week

After nearly a year on Weight Watchers yo-yoing back-and-forth and almost a full year of sustained net zero weight loss I am making a major mind shift. Is it worth the calories versus Is it worth the points? For example:
Fage 2% Greek yogurt with fresh strawberries for breakfast. It would not have been worth the points on Weight Watchers. However, it’s 100 cal and only a 20 cal difference between the fat free version and it tastes so much better! It’s worth the calories, but not the points.
Another thing after my first week on MyFitnessPal, using calories to track instead of points is that I am down 4 pounds. What I found was that my Weight Watchers mindset had me constantly going to super low cal foods. I actually struggled to eat more than 1000 cal a day this week and I was not hungry! And now I’m able to make better choices AND include some foods that I would’ve thought of as completely off-limits on Weight Watchers.
