Gonna bust these down from everyday and do a few a week.

I've been consistent with my walking and workout and it's finally getting to summer weather so, here comes the sweat which should help my cause.

I'm still plateaued weight-wise though but with the sweating and some added effort maybe I can break it soon.

We had a few confusing days where I thought we were changing projects work wise and I thought we were headed to VA but now all those plans are off, so it's back to the grind here in TN. The parks are blowing up on the weekends here which means lots of strangers all over the place and too much activity in the pool and basketball court for me to be comfortable.

I find myself piddling around the isolation of my RV spot since no new people are on this side of the park, no one wants to pay the extra $100 to be in the VIP section. So I still have some privacy but I bet it'll be booming till the 4th of July at least.

Trying my hand at a bit of intermittent fasting and not eating till lunch, plus eating less than I normally would at dinner. I am having a hard time saying no to snacks so I got myself some hard candies to curb my tastes and keep the cravings down hopefully.
