Auto Calorie Adjustments

Hi,
Does anybody know how to turn my automatic calorie adjustments back on? every week I log my weight and it used to automatically adjust my calories to match my goal, 2 weeks ago I became a premium member and as a result it seems to of turned my automatic adjustments off. I have tried every setting I can think of to get it back on but now it just seems like a worthless app for me. I dont have the exercise calories feature on and never have so really not sure why its stopped working.
Any advice would be hugely appreciated.

Are you talking about the exercise calories adjustment? In the phone/tablet app, there's a setting to turn it on and off, but I thought that automatic adjustments were the default setting for that even in premium. (I have premium.)
Check the setting. I don't remember where it is in web browser MFP, but in the phone/tablet app it's part of the My Goals page you can reach via the More menu. Scroll down the My Goals page to the bottom, and check what it says in the area I've circled below:
It sounds like you want it to be on. If it's already on, are you logging exercise manually, or do you have a fitness tracker synced? If it's a fitness tracker, check to make sure that the sync is actually taking place. If it is, but your eating calories aren't getting adjusted, that sounds like a bug, and I think you'd need to contact MFP support through the Help function or the support email address. If you're logging exercise manually and eating calories aren't adjusting even though the adjustment setting above is turned on, same deal: Probable bug, contact support.

Are you talking about uitzicht your calorie goal based on your new current weight?
It's never been automatic for me: I go through my goal settings occasionally, change my activity level or goal weight-loss rate and then change them back, to force an update.
It's also worth nothing that there is currently a bug in the android app - calorie goals are not being updated, no matter what settings we choose. The workaround is to use the desktop website instead of the app.

no i mean when you update your weight and it automatically reduces your calories, its worked fine since 2016 for me, the last 2 weeks just stopped working, i never have the exercise calories turned on

Hi,
Its always been automatic for me, i update my weight and it changes my calorie goal for me. ive used it since 2016 and its only stopped working the last 2 weeks which is a pain. I have tried using the website but it just isnt syncing with the app, hopefully they can release a fix for the bug

It's never auto-adjusted calories based on bodyweight changes for me, free or premium, unless I go back through guided setup. I've been here for almost 10 years, 60 pound range of bodyweight.
Some other people have said they've seen auto-adjustments, though.

I really don't know, ive used it since 2016 and up until the last couple weeks if i updated my weight by 1lb its always adjusted my calories, ive lost over 120lbs doing that and now its just not doing it.
found somewhere it only does it for every 10lbs now which is a change if its true
