Weightloss with sensory issues

Hey there!!
I was wondering if there was anyone out there trying to lose weight who has autism and sensory issues with food many even arfid.
Im really struggling so was wondering if anyone out there who also trying to go through this process and maybe we could be friends and support eachother.

You don't need to eat specific food to lose weight. You only need to eat any food below maintenance.

What yirara said. You can keep eating your "safe" foods, just track your calories and stay within your calorie limits.

Yes I also have autism and sensory issues (although not to the level of arfid with food). As others have said you can eat what you like as long as you stay in your calories. I do find prioritising protein and fibre (ones I like) keep me fuller.
