Premium + Question

I wanted to try the premium + membership but it does not show up as an option when I went to manage my subscription page . I have an iPhone I tried with computer and still have no way to signing up. I have sent multiple support request from the chat box with no response. Anyone have an idea? I am a long term premium member.

It looks like your subscription is through the Apple App store, so you'll need to upgrade from directly within the app on your phone. You won't be able to upgrade through the website since your subscription is managed via the app store.
