I got this watch a bit back but misplaced the instructions, so it's been sat collecting dust, is it worth setting up, what are the good things about it? Is it accurate? Pros/cons? Also does it work adding it to mfp?

I used to have a fitbit watch which I loved, and it helped me a lot! But decided to go for this one as it seemed like it would last lol. (my old fitbit completely fell apart)

For me Garmin it's the best smart watch to use for fitness . I have the Vivo active 3 to this day the best watch I've ever bought

I hadn't heard of that one, just googled it though, seems popular and the reviews are pretty good tbh. Does quite a bit! I managed to set mine up, however still learning how to use it, kind of like how it prompts me to get up ( although I was sat eating lunch at that point🥴 slow eater😂) I definitely preferred the fitbit in some ways, prefer buttons to screens, however there's more on screens that the ones with buttons only.
