Fitness Newbie

After having our first child we got comfy and wide. My husband and I are working on our fitness journey together. #T25 We're 3 weeks in and have 11 more to go. Ending WW and trying something new to keep my tracking going. Definitely would love inspiration from the 300+club!

    I’m going to stop you right here and say “11 to go”?

    I’ve learned you cannot have an end date. This is a lifetime commitment. I strongly suggest you change your mindset now. Reaching week 12, are you going to go back to old habits?

    This is a lifestyle change for us. When I say 11 more weeks, that's within the T25 program that progressively gets harder...

    We're challenging ourselves by sticking to this program everyday, before picking up a more difficult one. Thanks
