Hi all, I started my weight loss journey at 136.5 kilos about 3 years ago and have plateaued at 90. My goal from the beginning was to get to 80. For the first time I am incorporating intermittent fasting- it’s day 3! Any tips appreciated!
I have just turned 60 and was diagnosed with MS a month ago so exercise is limited for me some days. I’m in Australia so heading into Spring here 🌼.
