Good morning friends!
I am new here to the community. I have been training consistently for the past two years. I am down from 110kg at 185cm tall to 95kg. I quite alcohol which has greatly improved my health and overall well being. Additionally, this has resulted in cleaner eating habits.
I have just started a new 8 week program with the aim of getting lean and building muscle leading up to a friend of mines wedding in October.
