I am making my great return to MFP- trying to lose weight for myself, an upcoming wedding (not mine 😆) and for my health and on that never ending self love journey💕

I’ve struggled with disordered eating my entire life and I’m looking forward to learning new ways of being healthy, getting more active and working on my relationship with food/my body/exercise.

Previously I was a gym rat- a twice a dayer- an avid runner but constantly injured myself then I moved to higher elevation, and got a dog- both which kept me less injured but still moving. 🦮😎

    good luck and be strong! I did a little bit of intermittent fasting but didn’t notice a change. So maybe wasn’t doing it correctly.
