Hi I'm Melissa and I'm restarting my diet and exercise plan and have a total of 100 lbs to lose.
My short term goal is to just get under 200 lbs to start with.
My plan is to do home exercise every day and go to the gym 1-3 a week for cardio. And of course, eating healthier.
