It's going to depend on your weight, speed, your bike's weight/efficiency, and other factors.

You could use MFP's estimates from the cardiovascular database here, though I think they run a little high. The excess if any from 2.2 miles probably isn't going to be major, so maybe not a worry.

Another option would be to use an online calculator for cycling calories, which may or may not be more accurate.

If you do something like the above ideas, maybe try more than one calculation and use the lowest one.

I assume if you had an activity tracker you could sync to MFP, you'd be doing that, even though those aren't perfect, either.

Finally - and this is probably what I'd do for something reasonably short like that and routinely 3 times a week would be to pick a sensible calorie goal in MFP (i.e., not aggressively fast loss, if wanting to lose), think about the cycling when you set your MFP activity level including that, and stick close to the resulting calorie goal for 4-6 weeks (or one full menstrual cycle if you have those). The weight-change results should give you some idea of how many calories you need including the cycling.

In your case, the cycling is more like daily life activity calories, less like exercise calories, since it's your routine transportation.
