Even a Small Weight Loss Helps!!!
For anyone wanting to quit their journey to health, even a small amount of weight loss helps your health!! 5 pounds and maintain-Your hair will thank you. 10 pounds and maintain-Your will have more energy because there won't be as much fat build up pressing against your lungs which gives you more oxygen intake=energy! Maintaining is key! Babysteps....1 pound at a time and maintain!! It's hard but we're all here to help each other through it! GO TEAM!!

@mamagotti82 I believe you are correct. I once heard that as soon as you start losing weight that our bodies notice and start changing for the better. For instance, lab numbers start to improve, etc.

@WestCoastGirl_1 your right! Losing weight has always been hard for me until recently. My labs came back bad which kick-started my journey again. Down 12 pounds since August 19th! 🎉. I'm not on a strict diet. I have limited myself to only 3 carb items a day and trying to cut back on sugar. My last pound I lost took me 21 days, but hey....I am still losing. This is the longest streak of weight loss I've been able to maintain in years!! Everyone just needs to find what works for them.
