For anyone wanting to quit their journey to health, even a small amount of weight loss helps your health!! 5 pounds and maintain-Your hair will thank you. 10 pounds and maintain-Your will have more energy because there won't be as much fat build up pressing against your lungs which gives you more oxygen intake=energy! Maintaining is key! Babysteps....1 pound at a time and maintain!! It's hard but we're all here to help each other through it! GO TEAM!!

    @mamagotti82 I believe you are correct. I once heard that as soon as you start losing weight that our bodies notice and start changing for the better. For instance, lab numbers start to improve, etc.
