stressful and busy week. Things will hopefully slow down after next week. I’ve been doing 10-15 min workouts in the morning and sometimes they do give me energy but other times I get super tired.2 -

@magnusMLQ - Not a problem, we have your weight added to the spreadsheet. The only downside is that your weight will not contribute to the overall results, as they have already been posted. Also! Half a pound is nothing to fret over - it could be any number of causes (excess salt, sugar, muscle repair, hormonal shifts, illness, timing, dairy, etc.). I'd consider last week to be a maintain!
@jennyell85 - Thanks for taking care of the step results! I appreciate the reminder that I haven't done any step updates since the beginning of the month haha, I'll have to go in now and backfill my month…
@JenSamuel94 - What kinds of things are you doing in your short workouts? I'm always curious how others have programmed their time.

ANNOUNCEMENT
Hi folks! If you are celebrating the holiday this week and need to be excused for your upcoming weigh-in, let us know ASAP! I'm planning to weigh-in early and use my Wednesday weight instead of my Friday, but I definitely excused myself last year. Either tactic is acceptable!
As a reminder, any weights provided after Sunday morning (usually by 9am EST), will NOT count towards the results post for the week. Weighing in on another day besides your weigh day is acceptable, as long as the values are in before Sunday.
Choosing not to weigh in (and not being excused!) results in a No-Weigh-In status. Getting that status two weeks in a row results in being dropped from the team. We do this because consistency is a neccessity for lasting change and want to help you reach your goals in a healthy and lasting manner.
Let us know if there are any questions or concerns - I am more than happy to help devise a strategy to help you succeed!

I was super happy to get away from that pesky 220's and now I am teetering back and forth between 212 and 215. I need to work harder to get further away from these numbers, I don't want to see 220 ever again! I am however surprised that it wasn't a larger gain, my boyfriend took me out to eat three times in one week, and we've never done that, lol.

Good evening teammates. It has been a long day and I am ready to turn in and get some much needed rest. I hope everyone enjoy your Thanksgiving blessings.
