3 stone down and still going 💪

Hey everyone, I’m Aran. I’ve lost 3 stone so far and I track everything I eat, sticking to around 1400 calories a day. I hit at least 10k steps daily with a morning walk and an evening walk, and just try to stay moving as much as possible.

Seeing the numbers drop and actually noticing changes keeps me motivated, even on the tough days. I wanted to join here to connect with people who are serious about their progress, swap tips, and celebrate the wins—big or small. Always happy to hear how others keep themselves on track too
