What has happened to my paid membership

I have been a paying client for myfitnesspal for well over a year However today, you are asking me to join premium and now my service has ads. I believe my account to be in good standing. Please respond.

    I had the same problem after I joined and I signed up and I knew I had paid for premium. I contacted customer service and they said they couldn’t cancel it and told me to cancel it through the method I signed up with.
    however, then I logged out and then logged back in again, and it was all back to normal after that so try logging out and logging in again. See if that helps also close the app and open it again too.
