Calorie deficit / night eating

How can you make sure your calories are showing a deficit on here. I am a evening emotional eater, I need to log in the morning so those are taken off the top if that makes sense. Any suggestion for night snacks besides the regular fruit and veggie.

    It’s usually not the snack itself that quiets the craving. Sometimes it helps to pause and notice what’s behind it… stress about the next day, feeling lonely, or just needing comfort. Once you see the emotion underneath, it gets a bit easier to handle those evening urges.

    Hi. I tend to find myself snacking at night too. I don't even feel hungry most of the time. I tend to want to snack when the kids are in bed and I can relax. Any time I snack and they are awake, they are always hovering and trying to eat my snacks too. I feel like that may be why I snack at night. It is the only time I can have something for myself.
