Exercise challenge
I see most of these challenges based on numbers but I’d like to suggest another type challenge.
Heck, we eat and drink water each day, let’s do a challenge for our minds and bodies.
Ride a bike, walk, row, jog or lift..do it daily, record it and let us know how you did and how you felt before and after.

I hear you, it boils down to the actual doing!
There is a monthly "ultimate accountability challenge (UAC)" that is about exercise and food - actually doing. No weigh-ins. Optional daily discussions.
It is rarely advertised, started more than 10 years ago, here on MFP, with regular members from around the world,
and opens a new challenge that starts on the 1st. Group goes private on the 6th.
