I see most of these challenges based on numbers but I’d like to suggest another type challenge.

Heck, we eat and drink water each day, let’s do a challenge for our minds and bodies.

Ride a bike, walk, row, jog or lift..do it daily, record it and let us know how you did and how you felt before and after.
