New to this

Hello! I am 75, handicapped, and looking to lose 15 to 20 lbs. I can get around with a walker sometimes; most of the time though I'm confined to a chair. I've been somewhat successful losing some of this weight doing calorie counting mostly with TRYING to cut down on carbs and getting my protein up. I'm starting to gain some weight back and need a kickstart to get back on track. Anyone out there doing the same?
