New to Community, Old to MFP
Hi everyone, I’ve been on MFP inconsistent for about a decade. I’m a mom of 5, and I’ve always been able to get back down to my normal weight (150-155) until now, after baby 5, I’m 35, and weight loss isn’t as easy.
late night snacking never was an issue for me, until now, in my case that is THE nasty habit that’s keeping me 15-20 lbs overweight.
I aim for 10,000+ steps per day (weather permitting) and a daily 30 minute circuit training exercise. I’ve been about to keep these going on a month.
I struggle to get enough protein, I love savory meals and salads. MFP has me at 1800 caloric intake, but when I workout (using Fitbod connected to MFP) MFP increases it to 1900-2000 and I take that as permission to have that extra snack, so I’ve reduced my caloric intake goal to 1500.
weight fluctuates between 168-170, I’m 5/6, 35.
