My 1st Day

hello, today is my my food intake and it feels to be thoughtful about what I’m eating. Does anyone have any advice on how to be consistent with this tool? I truly believe that logging my food will help me be more intentional and aware of the things that I’m eating daily, helping me to reach my goal!

    Hi Brassy, I’m newish here also. Although I’ve been off and on for years. Hang in there! It’s time consuming until you get the hang of it. Best wishes!
