What is your opinion about Cheat days?
A) Break all the "rules" and eat anything and everything.
B) Stick mostly to the plan with more leniency than usual.
C) Not interested in cheat days.
D) Other
I'm usually B, like Boar's Head says: "Compromise elsewhere". But being a (10years) recovering alcoholic/ addict I know how my brain and gut works... if I'm stressed or emotional about something, it's healthier for me to not stray away from the healthier eating path, otherwise it will be more difficult to gat back to a more proactively healthy lifestyle. What about yall?
