I’m Traci and I am always trying to work on my forever health goals and challenges. I am Auto Immune, I have Sjögrens disease. It dries out your whole body, all of your organs including your skin. It dries your eyes and and all of your sinuses. Rough stuff. I also have spine issues. I am trying to lose weight but it can definitely be challenging.

Hey Traci, I have Sjogrens too, however, your symptoms would seem to be far worse than mine and I'm able to self manage without any medication.

Losing weight can be challenging, hopefully weight loss will help with your spine issues and a reduction of inflammation help to reduce the severity of your symptoms.
