    I guess I’ll go first! Weight training and walking - I’m doing a minimum 10k steps per day. After having three kids, ready to put some focus on my health and get more active. I dropped 50lbs in 2025, looking to drop another 30lbs. As for food, eating mostly just meat, veggies, and fruit. Very limited bread, pasta, rice.
