Hi there! Never used to have issues with weight management, but now I've started to seriously try to build muscle without putting on just any dirty calories or extra fat, and it led me to this app. Still have lots of questions about balancing macros, good sources of carbs, etc… so if you have anything to share or think we're in a similar spot, feel free to reach out and give any tips!

You might want to post in the Exercise or Body Building forums, that’s where most lifters lurk. You’ll get some good input from v experienced people: I lift but for sport rather than aesthetics and I’m female and 51, so my macros and experience won’t be much use to you.
