Hello! Not necessarily new to MyFitnessPal, but new to the community. Anyone else primarily a home workout person? And the rest is work and things like hiking? Went from 240+ lbs when I started my journey, down to 180lbs a couple years ago, then back up to 220 over the last year. Some of it muscle though. I’m back down to 208lbs as of today.

    Welcome back, and congratulations on recent progress!

    Yeah, I'm mostly a home workout person, except in summer when I mostly row on a river and sometimes bike on the local trail system. I enjoy participating in one of the "share your workout" threads over in the Fitness and Exercise section. There are a couple of threads like that where any exercise, in any location, is part of the scope. There are also some more specific exercise threads in the Challenges area.

    I have switched to running more now. But I also do HIIT at home. 👍

    Hello, and welcome to the community!

    And congratulations on the recent, and overall progress.

    I've gone through a couple of different workout phases, and I'm now mostly a workout at home type of person. I've been a big fan of at home body weight workouts, since that's what got me started in the beginning of my fitness journey.

    What sort of at home workouts are you into?
