New and been trying to get fit for years
Hi everyone.
This is new to me and I'm just going to type away but I'm 36 years old and currently 149kg.
I've always been over weight after secondary school. I was involved in an accident where a car hit me at the age of 14 which disfigured and scarred my face and damaged my right knee ligament, making it painful and difficult to do any activity including walking sometimes. Over the years I've just been gradually putting on weight from 2004, where I was about 14 stones, to now. I tried and successfully lost 25kg, 7 years ago and went from 145kg to 120kg when I was getting married, got divorced and put the weight back on. I have been lucky to get married again but my weight has been burden to not just myself but my marriage. I'm here to try something new and hope that I can finally get fit and healthy.
