I'm back for February!
39F, mom of 7, working on the baby weight.
In addition to daily weighing and meeting my 1800 calories/day goal, I'm going to strive to meet my automatic step goal daily. I set a goal of 60 minutes outside per day last month, which was fine until we had a streak of days under zero degrees F. 😅 I'd like to still get a walk outside most days, but this way I'll feel less dependent on the weather. If I have to do laps around the living room, so be it!

I finished January 7.3 pounds down 😁😂.
My number one goal was to prioritize my health, well-being, and fitness. Consistently I stuck to my goals and I logged each meal for 30 days, checked in and weighed in for 30 days, and ate more fruits and veggies. I plan on continuing these habits again for this month and slowly increase my walking, stretching, and dancing. Slow and steady… progress not Perfection.

My continuing goals: Drink more than 64 oz of water, 25+ grams of fiber, and 100+ grams protein.
This month I'm going to continue to attempt gym workouts, and try to keep my sodium more controlled.
I ended January at 253.4 for a loss of 2.2 lbs.

My highest recorded weight was 204lbs on July 1, 2020. I joined Myfitnesspal on November 6, 2020 weighing 200lbs. It has been slow progress but I haven't given up.
January weight was 187.5 lbs. But quickly switched to 194.5 lbs on a different scale. So I will be using this scale. February goal weight 192.5 lbs. BMI 30.5

My highest recorded weight was 204lbs on July 1, 2020. I joined Myfitnesspal on November 6, 2020 weighing 200lbs. It has been slow progress but I haven't given up.
January weight was 187.5 lbs. But quickly switched to 194.5 lbs on a different scale. So I will be using this scale. February goal weight 192.5 lbs. BMI 30.5

37F, mom of 1, 5’3. Texas. I will be weighing in on the work scale every Friday morning in my clothes and that’s the number I started the weight contest at work at. I normally weight in every other day but I am going to try to do every day as much as I can . Time to start my mini goals up too!

2/1- 159.4-I hope this is still TOM bloat. I did eat a lot of chips and queso/spinach dip last night while watching the UFC fight as well as some pulled pork (no bread). I said no to the brownies and cookies though. Today will be a lighter calorie day with lots of water as it’s mostly sedentary Sunday lol. Laundry and general house things.

💞 💞 💞02/01- 182.2 ✅ (Trend Weight: 185.7) My throat is feeling better but head is still fuzzy/disorientated. I do think it’s affecting my appetite as I haven’t been hungry. My meals have been a bit smaller the last 2 or 3 days and I haven’t felt the need much for snacks. Still no structured exercise due to the weakness and dizziness. DD and DGS are still here. All they do is eat, cook, snack, drink, eat, eat, eat. They have wiped out my pantry. Weight is going back down nicely due to my lack of appetite. We’ll have to wait and see what happens when I’m hungry again. I am sure my hunger will whip through like a tornado when I’m feeling normal again. Good luck this month everyone. February is a short month, but it can still be a powerful one! Let’s go!

Hi all. So despite hardly eating this last week I’ve gained a couple of kgs. Eating late hasn’t been good for me and excessive caffeine has caused severe bloating hopefully now I’m home it will correct itself.

Nikki 2026: Ultimate Goal 120lb. I'm short and 110 would look better, but I know from experience that I struggle to maintain at that weight. Then I get down on myself and spiral back to obese.

Little disappointed in my January loss, but not really. I didn’t go in and turn my life around this time. I made small changes. I’m not planning to cut out all of my social activities for the rest of my life, so I’m not cutting them out now. I will make changes. Drink fewer adult beverage and eat smaller portions of my favorite foods on social occasions.

Not sure about that weight jump. Almost definitely water but I still don't like seeing it! 2100 calories is my Sunday plan, and I stuck to it even though it was a birthday today! (Nine people in our house - it's a lot of birthdays!)

Starting weight: 158.9kg (350 lbs?) 😭😭😭
Goal weight: 99kg, but focusing on 130kg for now
My main focus for Feb:
- log all my food and weight every day
- reduce salt by half and sugar by a third
- 10 mins activity each day
- 20 mins outside in the sun each day
I’m starting today!!!!!
This isn’t my first rodeo … Every few years I lose about 30kg (66 lbs?), feel great, never going back, get anxious/stressed, eat my feelings, end up fatter than before 😭
Each time it’s more difficult to get into the right mindset. And getting older certainly doesn’t help 🙄

Nikki 2026: Ultimate Goal 120lb. I'm short and 110 would look better, but I know from experience that I struggle to maintain at that weight. Then I get down on myself and spiral back to obese.

💞 💞 💞 02/02- 183.0 ❌ (Trend Weight: 185.5) I think today’s weight is just my body readjusting. Losing 6 lbs in 5 days was fluid, hormones and desperation for my body as it dealt with so much illness and infection. I “think” I was within 100 calories of my target yesterday though the choices were not the norm (pizza). I shouldn’t be guessing. I should be logging. I’m still suffering from quite a bit of dizziness. I need to get back to some form of exercising. Even if it’s a little bit of chair yoga. Any movement is better than no movement. My step count is downright embarrassing.

Just wanted to pop in to show that, as I predicted, of course my weight dropped back just below 150 lbs. right after the challenge end date for February! (Aaargh!)
Oh well. That's life. I won't be continuing with posting daily weight but will definitely stop by at the end of each month to see how everyone is doing and to report my progress (if any) for that month.

Had a few bad days - severe fatigue so I’ve indulged In eating. Barely ate the last week of travelling yet gained weight. Hopefully I can get my eating routine back to normal. Still have 25 days to improve.

2/3- 157.6-swoosh was short lived sadly. Too much sodium yesterday and my body held onto it for dear life. I know was under calories and I know I didn’t drink enough water as I got swamped at work and only had half of my goal intake while at work. Protein shake and tuna pack for lunch again and then salmon burger and salad for dinner so more salt! Another reason I am not big on weighing in everyday…I like salt lol.4 -
