Weight loss
so I’ll throw my school years. I was bullied for being fat and ugly, but I started going gym. I lost a bunch of weight but then when I kept going to the gym again the weight came back when I was going to the gym and I was but like I don’t know how to keep it off for good because I lost it but then it just came right back so I don’t know how to keep it back And keep coming back, but I don’t know how to do that. Any tips??

Change your mindset.
Weight loss is the short(er) term part ONE. Take in fewer calories, burn a few calories more. Create the calorie deficit that helps you lose weight.
As you become a smaller person, your calorie needs changed. So maintenance (the forever part) is not the old calories, but a new lower calorie goal.
Are there new habits picked up during the weight loss phase that you can continue on a permanent basis? One less snack each day? Still managing portions? It will be personal and trial and error.
