65 years ild new to the community
Hi my name is Julia and i am 65 years old. Wanting to loose 25 kg and reduce cholesterol levels and high blood pressure. Are there any specific groups here i can join that have similar goals?

In addition to meds and specific medical advice... food choices and intentional movement are 2 things we can also do.
There is an active monthly group that is focused on daily eating and movement action.
It goes private on 6th each month, but everyone is welcome to join anytime during the month.
