Hello everyone, I am Layan, I am honored to join you and I hope to reach my goal. I am 18 years old, my weight is 76 and my height is 169 (don't be surprised by my height😭). I am also a woman, but this is the first time I participate in this application. Any advice for me 😁

I'm not sure why we'd be surprised by your height, which is only a little above average for an adult woman. (I'm about 165 cm myself, and used to be close to your 169 when I was your age - I'm way older, 70.)

At 76 kg, you're only just a bit into the overweight range. Slow weight loss is your best bet, like a quarter kg per week - even half a kg might be a little aggressive, though since you're young, if you're also healthy and resilient, it might be OK for a small number of kg at the start.

If your goals include appearance, your best bet would be slow loss, good overall nutrition, and a solid exercise routine that includes strength training as well as cardio. At 18, it would be ideal to think in terms of creating habits that you can stick to through your adult life to stay healthy, happy, attractive, and capable.

Fast weight loss is a trap, not a good merry-go-round to jump on. Instead, aim at permanent healthy habits. Your older self will thank you for taking that route, I guarantee. (I wish my younger self had been that smart! I could've avoided a lot of bad consequences.)
