How do I make exercise a habit?
I have used this app to track my food and weight for a while but have not taken part in discussions or challenges. I have bad knees and a lot of weight to lose. I cannot motivate myself to exercise as a habit. When I do exercise, I always feel better, but I have some sort of mental block when it comes to making it a routine. Any hints or advice?

What do you like to do? I think the best exercise is something you enjoy. That doesn't mean it won't be hard or you won't feel like it sometimes, but if exercise always feels like a slog or something you dread, even if you feel better afterwards, it's going to be really hard to get it done.
I also found that I enjoyed exercise more the lighter I got. It's easier to move a body that weighs less.
You might want to keep it really simple at first. If you have a tracker, meet the step goal it sets. See if you can just walk a little more. It might be easier at this point to just build more ordinary activity into your day.
I found I was motivated by measurable progress and improvement. Can I do more than last time, or can I go faster? Can I do this without needing to take a break (or a shorter one?) Some people like competitive sport, or just doing something with other people to pass the time that gets them up and moving.
But find something you like!
