Starting my weight loss journey, would love your adviceš¤
Hi everyone! Iāve just started my weight loss journey and wanted to introduce myself.
Iām 25, female, currently around 85 kg, and Iāve recently started going to the gym as well. My goal is to lose weight in a healthy and sustainable way.
I would truly appreciate any tips, advice, or personal experiences that helped you on your journey. What worked best for you when you were starting out?

Accept that you will not be perfect all the time. Too many people quit in frustration because they went off track.
We've all gone off track at some point. Consistency not perfection is what's needed. Eat less and move more most days. Keep tracking both good and bad days so you can figure out how/why you went off track.
Make small changes you can be consistent at. Tweak your eating habits and tweak your activity. Learn new habits for a life time.
