My name is Kelly. I’m not new to MFP but I am to the community. I’m looking to meet and become friends with people who have similar fitness and diet goals. Or not! Just people who want to motivate each other really.
I’m a type 2 diabetic for over 10 years. Currently being treated as a type one because of pancreas issues.
My goal is to cut down on carbs and fat when it comes to diet. Also need to drink more water and consume more protein. As for fitness, well as of right now I just work in a pretty active job as a restaurant server. I get my steps in. I definitely need to get some workouts in though.
