Hi, y'all. Time to do this thing. I'm Mittie, lifetime overweight, VSG 2 years ago, regain, a1c recently crept back up into T2D range. I'm tired of being tired, tired of not prioritizing myself, tired of being in physical pain. It's funny - I just got my 10 year badge this morning. What a long, strange journey it has been.

    Hi Mittie, welcome back!

    The site has updated so much, and the forums are such a great place to connect with people who are here working on these kinds of things.

    If you are interested, there is a monthly team/group that starts a new one the beginning of each month. It goes private on the 6th.

    The group works on food and movement. No weigh-ins. Self monitoring and self reporting, no one tracks you or chases you down.

    Daily reporting and optional discussions. Pass days ok, as we try or life happens... the point of the group is to be with other people who are here and trying.
