I've been logging with MyFitnessPal faithfully for 2604 days and decided it was time to go Premium. I started as part of a contest at the gym and keep doing it because it helps for lots of reasons.
I turned 60 recently and have multiple autoimmune diseases so being fit and eating well is important to me. I am by no means heavy, but drop 10 pounds before I gain a lot of muscle weight.
I had been doing circuit training and eating a lot of fat, about 40% and only 15% protein. I'm a type 1 diabetic and this has really messed with my blood sugar. Now, since November 25, I'm doing weight training and eating more protein.
I swear by this app but haven't used it too it's fullest and that changes now.
