Hi! In my mid 60s with a recent medical scare hitting me in the head to get back on track.
Not new to loosing weight. Used MFP back in 2015 mostly to track exercise. Over the last 5 years used two other programs, lost 95lbs only to quickly gain 85lbs back. Last Sun, went to the ER for dizziness, expecting just to be diagnosed with vertigo but ended up being admitted for severe hypertension and spent two days/nights for observation, meds and additional testing. So this week revisiting the programs. MFP looks like to be the best choice (love that it has a non phone app interface and I can easily alter it to meet my needs.
