I am here to track calories as part of food aversion treatment. I am a rare cancer survivor and recently lost my husband to pancreatic cancer. Watching someone starve to death severely impacts your relationship with food. So my goals are food as fuel. Zero emotion. Consume nutrient dense healthy meals and get enough calories in. I know my goals are likely different than most. But we are all here to get healthier. So I thought I would pop in and say hi.
