Hi everyone! 👋
I’m newer to this community and decided that this time I don’t want to do my health journey alone. I’m here to build better habits, stay accountable, and surround myself with people who are also trying to become healthier versions of themselves.
A little about me: I’m focusing on consistency, not perfection. I’m trying to make sustainable changes that actually stick instead of jumping from one extreme to another. Some days will be great, some days will be messy, but the goal is to keep showing up.
I also have quite a few food allergies (corn, soy, wheat, white potatoes, tomatoes, kiwis, and peanuts), so figuring out meals and nutrition can sometimes feel like solving a puzzle. If anyone else navigates food allergies while working on their health goals, I’d love to connect and share ideas.
What I’m really hoping for here is a supportive circle — people who celebrate wins, encourage each other on tough days, and remind each other why we started.
