I started using MFP over a month ago now. I use a Garmin Venu 3 and an iPhone.
I need to lose 30lbs more (I’ve lost 7 so far) and increase my muscle mass. At my goal weight I have a nice balance of the two. I’ve lost the weight before, and I can do it again. I wanna punch myself for putting the weight back on to begin with >.<
I have an exercise room with a nautilus machine, stationary bike, and a Wii with fitness games. I try to exercise regularly, but I admit I’m not really good about it. I prefer my bike for cardio, and yoga and Pilates for toning. I used to be fanatical about my routine… not so much anymore. Chronic pain conditions suck.
I do log my intake religiously though. Even the stuff I wish I hadn’t eaten, lol. I try to keep my hunger in check, but sometimes it gets the better of me. My weaknesses are espresso (no calories there), chocolate (way too many calories there) and a nice Lambrusco (don’t get me started on those calories… lol).
